This Geneva Centre of Humanitarian Action executive course focuses on all the core components of multi-sectoral sexual violence interventions. The programme covers core concepts underpinning a survivor-centred approach, ethical data collection, medical care, mental health and psychosocial support, access to justice, working with diverse groups - including male survivors of sexual violence - risk mitigation and prevention, and engagement and partnership with survivor networks. We put survivors at the centre of the response. We encourage participants to think critically about the effectiveness of support systems and interventions for the lives of survivors and communities.
