Official opening of the 5th Regional Working Group (RWG) Meeting

On 15 July 2025, border officials from Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania convened in Uganda for the 5th Regional Working Group (RWG) Meeting to improve coordination and cooperation against transnational organized crime on Lake Victoria. This initiative is supported by the US Department of State’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL).
