How much do you know about LGBTQ history in the U.S.?
June is #PrideMonth in the United States. It celebrates the lives and contributions of LGBTQ Americans and commemorates the anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising. How much do LGBTQ Americans know about the history of LGBTQ people in the U.S.?
In our nationally representative survey of LGBTQ adults, 32% said they are extremely or very informed about this history. Another 44% said they are somewhat informed.
We also asked those who are at least a little informed about LGBTQ history where they learned about it.
