Recommendation of the Council on Access to Justice and People-Centred Justice Systems

The Recommendation on Access to Justice and People-Centred Justice Systems was adopted by the OECD Council on 12 July 2023 on the proposal of the Public Governance Committee (PGC). The Recommendation aims to support Adherents in advancing access to justice and putting in place core elements of people-centred justice.  This video was produced by the HiiL, is part of the joint OECD–HiiL campaign to promote the OECD Recommendation on Access to Justice and People-Centred Justice Systems.
