The event brought together senior government officials, investors, policy leaders and private sector experts to discuss how countries can better govern, finance, design and deliver resilient infrastructure capable of withstanding climate, health, cyber and geopolitical risks. A major highlight of the programme was the Blue Dot Network Certification Ceremony, recognising infrastructure projects that meet internationally recognised standards for quality, sustainability and resilience. The discussions explored practical solutions to accelerate infrastructure delivery, streamline permitting and procurement processes, and leverage emerging technologies such as AI while ensuring resilience, sustainability and long-term value for citizens and economies.
