"Let Me Be Water" A Song Made from Sounds of Melting Glaciers | Madame Gandhi | 2026 #SkollWF
Musician and activist Kiran Gandhi, who performs as Madame Gandhi, performs "Let Me Be Water." It features real underwater audio of melting glaciers in Antarctica, recorded by the artist herself.
Through music that incorporates soundscapes from the frontlines of climate change, she reaches audiences on a visceral level, fostering empathy, care, and a deeper sense of connection to the planet.
This session was recorded at the 2026 Skoll World Forum, held April 21–24 in Oxford, UK, where global leaders convened to advance innovative solutions to the world’s most pressing problems.
