UN Under-Secretary-General and High Representative for the Least Developed Countries, Landlocked Developing Countries and Small Island Developing States (UN-OHRLLS), Rabab Fatima, addresses the Ambassadorial Group of Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDCs) in Geneva.
