During the application process, projects must align with the values and requirements of the Mitigation Action Facility's Call for Projects, including sectors of interest, alignment with Nationally Determined Contributions, level of ambition and leverage of funds, in addition to a gender-responsive approach. The application process is designed to ensure that only the most ambitious and feasible are advancing into the next Phase of the process.
