Released to mark the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, 3 December 2025, this video highlights ongoing Disability Inclusive Development (DID) training delivered to One-Door Service Center (ODSC) staff under the Lao PDR Efficiency and Accessibility of Public Services (LEAP) Project. Conducted by Organizations of Persons with Disabilities and supported by UNDP, the training equips frontline service staff with practical tools to remove barriers and ensure that public services are accessible, dignified, and inclusive for all citizens.
