Staff from the Division of Administration and Human Resources led by the Director Mr Dumisani Banda participating in a two-day team building retreat at Legacy Resort in Lusaka held from 16 – 17 April 2026. The retreat provided them an opportunity to reconnect employees, break walls, training on new technical systems and foster collaborative work to achieve the organisation's objectives. The interaction enabled the staff to revisit the core values of the organization, what it believes in, the vision and mission and how COMESA’s work could be linked to the impact on the ground. Its themed: ‘Connect, Trust and Team identity' Director Banda encouraged staff to use the team building activities to reflect on teamwork for enhanced productivity.
