Technical Experts from key Government Ministries from Zambia and the Democratic Republic of Congo, Representatives of Small-Scale Cross-border Traders and Cooperating partners met in Chingola, Zambia from 26 - 27 April 2026 for a Meeting on the Simplified Trade Regime. The Meeting discussed and fine-tuned the STR document and planned the launch. This video highlights the deliberations and outcome of the Meeting. The STR is a key COMESA instrument working to support small-scale cross-border trade between borders of Member States.
