Empowering Farmers Through Cooperation and Climate‑Smart Agriculture

In one of Kyrgyzstan’s most climate vulnerable regions, smallholder farmers are seeing new hope. Through a WFP project financed by the World Bank’s Global Agriculture and Food Security Program (GAFSP), the Mol Tushum cooperative is helping farmers increase production, reduce losses and improve incomes using modern greenhouses, climate resilient seeds and better storage lifting entire mountain communities.
