Ministry of Health, WHO sign MoU to boost Rwanda's health security

In a pivotal moment for Rwanda's health security, the Ministry of Health, and the World Health Organization (WHO) joined forces in a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to boost emergency preparedness and response efforts. The signed agreement is 2-year partnership of nearly $4M to support the implementation of the “Emergency Preparedness and Response (EPR) initiative” in Rwanda.
