Mental health advice from FHI 360 psychologist Oksana
Protracted conflict — like the war in Ukraine — threatens people’s mental health. Through the Ukraine Humanitarian Assistance Response (UHARP) Program, which is funded by USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance, FHI 360 connects people who live in previously occupied areas of Ukraine to mental health care via psychologists in mobile medical units.
Oksana Lapinska, psychologist with FHI 360 through UHARP, offers mental health advice to help people stay grounded during moments of anxiety.
