17th Anniversary of the Singing of the Convention on Cluster Munitions

Today, the Convention on Cluster Munitions celebrates the 17th anniversary of its signing in Oslo in 2008. After 17 years of important humanitarian disarmament achievements, the Presidency of the Lao PDR invites all to the incoming third Review Conference in Vientiane next year to commit, once again, to the promises of this Convention
