Jefry, an MSF patient in Honduras, shares his experience accessing health care as a gay man. Too often, that means facing stigma and discrimination. At the MSF clinic in San Pedro Sula, he found something different: medical and psychological care without judgment. “Here, I feel respected for who I am,” Jefry says. For many people in marginalized communities, safe and inclusive health care can change—and save—lives.
