HIV prevention should not be a privilege

MSF International President Dr. Javid Abdelmoneim explains that a drug exists that is nearly 100 percent effective at preventing HIV and only needs to be taken twice a year. It's called lenacapavir. But Gilead, the company that controls it, isn't making enough available for the world. We're calling on Gilead to make lenacapavir available and priced $40 for all low- and middle-income countries.
