Phase One of the FFA Regional Monitoring Control and Surveillance (MCS) Data Analysis Training completed four days of learning, collaboration, and skill-building in Suva, Fiji on 28 November 2024. The training focused on enhancing participants' skills in using the FFA MCS Data Analysis Guidelines, leveraging Maritime Domain Awareness tools to combat IUU fishing, and building analytical capabilities for targeted MCS responses. FFA Director of Fisheries Operations Allan Rahari congratulated the participants for the successful completion of the program’s first phase of training at a closing ceremony held in Suva.
