Did you know that only 3% of UK adults can name Honduras as one of the countries facing the world’s most neglected displacement emergencies?
 
Each year, the @nrc_norway publishes a report of the ten most neglected displacement crises in the world based on characteristics like humanitarian funding, media attention and political will.

In 2025, the list for 2024 was revealed, with Cameroon topping it for the first time. Crises like Cameroon were mentioned fewer than 30k times in media, compared to nearly 500k for Ukraine. The list includes 👇

3. Mozambique
4. Burkina Faso
5. Mali
6. Uganda
7. Iran
8. DR Congo
9. Honduras
10. Somalia
