🇨🇴 A historic step for child protection in Colombia. The launch of the Pink Alert (“Alerta Rosa”) marks a turning point in how Colombia responds to the disappearance and exploitation children. For over three years, ICMEC has been part of this journey: providing technical expertise, supporting the development of Decree 1428 of 2024, building institutional capacity, and training law enforcement before the ink was even dry.
