UNICEF worked with DCY to develop guidelines and emergency child protection training materials, and shared this knowledge with staff at the provincial emergency shelters. The goal is to ensure that every form of support is as comprehensive and systematic as possible, because we believe that preparedness is key to reducing the impact of any future emergencies and helping children get through difficult times with resilience.
