Ethical recruitment is key to sustainable economic growth. With the support of the European Union and in cooperation with MoLSS, we held one of our public–private partnership meetings in Istanbul. Companies and public institutions shared insights on formal and ethical hiring and discussed the importance of building a strong compliance culture across the labour market. The meeting also connected large companies with SMEs to encourage knowledge-sharing.
