In The Gambia, UNDP is supporting efforts to strengthen access to justice for women and vulnerable communities. Through mobile legal aid clinics, community paralegals, insider mediators and stronger gender based violence referral pathways, justice services are reaching communities that previously had limited access to legal support. This integrated approach brings together legal actors, community mediators and protection services to help women resolve disputes, seek protection and claim their rights.
