For six years, Zakirul Islam Titu searched for a solution to recover the money he was owed. Despite spending time and resources on mediation, courts, and legal processes, justice remained out of reach. That changed when he turned to the Village Court supported by European Union in Bangladesh and implemented by UNDP Bangladesh. Within just two months, his case was resolved and he recovered BDT 250,000. Today, Titu is back in business and planning for the future—showing how accessible, affordable, and timely justice can transform lives.
