Our Nava Labs team is developing and testing a Form-Filling Assistant: a generative AI-powered “agentic” tool that autonomously navigates multiple databases and benefit portals and then completes application forms (https://www.navapbc.com/labs/caseworker-ai-tools/form-filling-assistant ). Caseworkers can then review the applications, fill in missing information, and submit — spending less time re-entering the same data over and over and more time interacting with clients.
