The Enhanced Transparency Framework (ETF), established under Article 13 of the Paris Agreement, helps countries track and report their climate actions in a transparent and comparable way. ETF requires reporting on greenhouse gas emissions, progress toward Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs), climate change impacts and adaptation, and support needed and received.
