This project aims to strengthen the climate transparency system under Article 13 of the Paris Agreement. The CBIT project is strengthening institutional coordination, data management, and technical capacity of key ministries and institutions in Nepal to meet the requirements of the Enhanced Transparency Framework (ETF) under the Paris Agreement.
