In Kenya, Sanivation is turning human waste into Superlogs, a clean fuel that burns longer, cuts deforestation, protects health and creates jobs. By safely treating waste before it can contaminate local water sources, they're enabling water conservation and delivering cleaner energy. Grand Challenges Canada has supported Sanivation’s growth from a small-scale pilot to partnering with city and national governments.
