The Inter-School Debate Competition in Vanuatu brings together bright young minds to engage in thought-provoking discussions on key issues affecting their communities. This video, funded by Balance of Power and produced by local videographer Moses Cakau, captures the excitement, challenges and learning experiences of last year’s competition finale in September. Featuring student reflections, judges’ insights and highlights from the two-day debate, this video was screened at the shield handover event in October. It aims to inspire and encourage students to participate in the upcoming school debate competition in Shefa and Sanma provinces. Join us in celebrating the power of youth voices and critical thinking!
