Dato Evgenidze is one of Georgia's most celebrated artists – with a decades-long, award-winning career spanning music, composition, and beyond. But his story does not stop here: Dato has been an advocate for the rights of fellow Georgian artists, fighting for respect and fair compensation for their work. In 2023, he helped create a new collective rights management organization – the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPOA) – to ensure fair distribution and payment for Georgia's musicians and associated rightsholders.
