Rising Tides, Rising Ambitions: Advancing NDC 3.0 in the Marshall Islands The Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI) is proud to launch its enhanced NDC 3.0. In this panel, the Government of the RMI, in partnership with the UNEP Copenhagen Climate Centre, will discuss how RMI is translating ambition into action by strengthening policy frameworks, mobilizing resources, and building institutional capacity to implement its enhanced NDC 3.0. With support from the NDC Partnership, the new initiative will align the NDC implementation plan with the country’s Development Assistance Policy, identify and prepare bankable projects through investment pipeline support, and equip national institutions with the skills and knowledge needed to sustain climate action. The event will feature perspectives from government leaders, development partners, and technical experts, showcasing how small island developing states can pioneer pathways to resilience and climate leadership in the era of NDC 3.0.
