The Raising Ambition through Partnership (RAP) webinar series highlights successful examples of mitigation and adaptation ambition-raising efforts while promoting exchange and learning to scale impact across the NDC Partnership. Accelerating the reduction and prevention of food loss and food waste presents a unique opportunity to mitigate climate-harming emissions, strengthen food security and economic development, and protect nature. This webinar will convene panelists who are advancing progress on food loss and waste, from the city level up to the national level. Speakers will discuss successes, challenges, and key learnings with the aim of supporting national and local governments to make progress on implementing their food loss and waste commitments. This webinar is produced by members of the Global Action Drive, a group of internationally active organizations working on a shared agenda to accelerate action on food loss and waste.
