FACT Zimbabwe is one of the longest established AIDS organisations in the country, supporting orphans and vulnerable children, including children who have lost their parents from AIDS. This vital work was abruptly ended by USAID in late January 2025, as the organisation has lost over 90% of its funding and had to lay off 223 employees.
