The CDC Foundation supports Veteran Serving Organizations (VSOs)  like Camp Southern Ground in Fayetteville, Georgia,  to help veterans transition into civilian life. At Camp Southern Ground, Warrior Week brings veterans together to discover their strengths and find a meaningful path forward as they transition from military service.
