MSF and Tajikistan’s Ministry of Health have completed the Zero TB project in Kulob, strengthening TB diagnosis, treatment, and prevention in one of the country’s most affected regions. Through innovative tools, community-based screening, and person-centred care, the project improved early detection and access to treatment—while reinforcing national ownership and long-term sustainability in the fight against tuberculosis.
