Southern Lebanon: Inhabited Border Villages Remain Isolated
MSF recently visited the southern border villages of Rmeich, Debel, and Ain Ebel, where families continue to live with the consequences of Israeli military operations, repeated attacks, and ongoing movement restrictions.
Despite the insecurity, our MSF teams were able to access these communities to assess humanitarian needs. What we found was alarming: damaged water infrastructure, limited access to healthcare, and communities struggling to meet their most basic needs.
For the people living here, access to water and emergency medical care is not optional—it is a matter of survival.
