Labour mobility is increasingly shaping modern industries, particularly within the fast-evolving IT sector. In this video, we spoke with two professionals, Imran Salahuddin from Pakistan, currently working in Montenegro, and Stefan Vukmanović, a successful young Montenegrin entrepreneur. Their personal stories shed light on the everyday challenges, adjustments, and rewards of working in a multicultural IT environment. Through their experiences, we explore how international collaboration and knowledge exchange contribute to the growth of the local tech scene, while also highlighting the valuable role migrant workers play in strengthening both businesses and communities.
