The Second Climate Finance Summit, hosted by FSD Ethiopia, brings together government leaders, financial institutions, development partners, and climate experts to discuss Ethiopia’s pathway to mobilising climate finance ahead of COP32, which Ethiopia is set to host in 2027. Held under the theme “Landscape to Legacy: Ethiopia’s Climate Finance Path to COP32,” the Summit focuses on strengthening coordination across national strategies, positioning Ethiopia and Africa to attract climate investment, and identifying opportunities for the financial sector to support the transition toward a climate-resilient and low-carbon economy. The event features keynote addresses, expert presentations, and panel discussions on COP32 preparations, climate finance mobilisation, and findings from the Ethiopia Climate Finance Landscape Assessment, a comprehensive study examining climate finance flows, gaps, and opportunities in the country.
