The Somali Regional State of Ethiopia works to attract #diaspora investors.  

Abdirahman returned to establish a steel and plastic factory. With the business he is now supporting not only his family but also the local #community in a sustainable way. He currently employs 40 qualified people from the region. 

With support from the EU Trust Fund and in partnership with Mercy Corps, the DRC Diaspora Programme and DRC Ethiopia have since 2020 joined forces to enhance diaspora #business investment and engagement in the Somali Regional State of #Ethiopia.
