Within the global Ethio-Somali #diaspora, 80% send remittances to their families. Follow Saacid's story as he resides and works in Sweden, providing crucial #remittances to support his father in purchasing #farming equipment. With dreams of #returning to Ethiopia, Saacid aspires to enhance their agricultural business. With support from the EU Trust Fund and in partnership with Mercy Corps, the DRC Diaspora Programme and DRC Ethiopia have since 2020 joined forces to enhance diaspora #business investment and engagement in the Somali Regional State of #Ethiopia.
