Hosted at BOKU University/Wood K plus in Tulln, Austria from 20 to 22 April 2026, the WoodPoP Policy Lab brought together members of the European Wood Policy Platform (WoodPoP) and invited experts to reflect on five years of achievements and jointly discuss the platform's future direction. Through interactive sessions and group discussions, participants identified strengths, gaps, and opportunities, and developed key recommendations for the next phase of WoodPoP. The event also featured a guided tour of the Wood K Plus facilities at UFT Tulln led by its area manager, Christian Hannsman and Martin Reigler, as well as a terrace tour of Tulln Gardens with CEO Franz Gruber, Claudia Koch from Holzforschung Austria and Rainer Handl from the Association of the Austrian Wood Industries.
