Chef and Restauranteur Soleil Ramirez understands what it means to be an immigrant, and the challenges of seeking safety and starting over. A political refugee herself, Ramirez launched the Cena Entre Panas dinner series early in 2025 to strengthen community and raise funds and awareness for organizations serving immigrants and refugees. 🌍 On November 18 and 19, she’ll close the series with two 6-course dinners at her St. Paul restaurant Crasqui, alongside Chef Hilda Vera-Terhark 👩‍🍳.
