Momentum is building. Windfall taxes and the closing of major tax loopholes are now costing Big Oil billions, and climate litigation is taking us closer to accountability for climate damage. The Make Polluters Pay agenda is moving rapidly into the mainstream, and London Climate Action Week is a key moment to bring the movement together.
