New GI-TOC research exposes the organised architecture behind Vietnamese irregular migration into Europe. Migrants are not simply moving — they are being moved. Routed through transit hubs across Europe, placed into jobs, and held in place through debt and document control, their trajectory is managed at every stage by moi goi brokers operating across borders.
