An Update from Lebanon

Behind the headlines, Lebanon is unraveling in real time. Across the country, the situation is escalating by the hour. Airstrikes are being heard in areas once considered safe. Families are leaving with no clear destination–just movement, urgency, and the hope of finding somewhere, anywhere, to land.  This is a time that should be marked by gathering–by families coming together, sharing meals, and finding moments of peace during Eid. Instead, many are running for safety, separated from loved ones, or huddled together in overcrowded spaces under the sound of bombardment. The crisis is touching everyone–Muslim and Christian communities alike–leaving little room for traditions that would normally define this moment.  Support Lebanon: sfcg.global/middleast-aid
