In these DOSI-hosted presentations from the 2024 DOOS Annual Meeting, expert speakers share their thoughts on how the ocean observing community can engage with the new international treaty on BBNJ (Biodiversity Beyond National Jurisdiction.) DOSI's Working Groups on BBNJ and Marine Genetic Resources are both working to help inform implementation of the new treaty with critical deep-ocean science.
