Through the SME Reinforcement Programme for the food industries and agri -processing sector, several SMEs took part in a journey designed to strengthen operations, unlock growth opportunities, and build long-term competitiveness. In this series of videos, hear directly from four SMEs as they share how the programme helped them: • Strengthen production and operational efficiency • Improve business and investment readiness • Adopt smarter processes and innovative practices • Position themselves to compete in local and global markets This initiative goes beyond support; it delivers real, on-the-ground impact. With the right tools and partnerships, local agro-processing businesses can scale sustainably and confidently step onto the world stage. The programme is organised on behalf of the German Government by GIZ Egypt, through the Project Job Partnerships and SME Promotion (JP-SME), as part of the Invest for Jobs – Special Initiative "Decent Work for a Just Transition” in partnership with Industrial Modernisation Center (IMC).
