Carshare programs offer convenient, flexible, and affordable options for residents across the United States. EV carshares make it easier to refuel and reduce local air pollution. These advantages are especially helpful for residents of multifamily housing, who may struggle with the high costs of vehicle ownership, barriers to convenient EV charging access, or both. By integrating EV carshare into multifamily properties, cities and partners can expand mobility options, reduce parking demand, and advance community sustainability goals, all while delivering tangible value to residents.
