Throwback to nearly a decade of impact from the FABRIC Asia project, commissioned by the German Government and implemented by GIZ across Cambodia, China, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Viet Nam, and Pakistan.
While the regional phase has concluded, its momentum continues, especially in Cambodia. The project builds on foundations such as the Women Empowerment (WE) House and the “Our Rights” app, expanding into the broader WE Network, empowering women in the textile sector and beyond.
Key regional initiatives have transitioned to sector partners who now carry them forward and scale impact:
✅ Asia Garment Hub with Common Objective
✅ STTI and STAR Network led by industry stakeholders
✅ Climate Action Training continued via atingi
A regional phase may end, but with strong ownership, results keep growing!
