Administrative services should be fast, equitable, and accessible to everyone. By leveraging online platforms and mobile units, we are supporting local administrations to bridge the distance, ensuring that even the most remote communities can access public services. As we transition to the second phase of Improved Service Delivery (ISD II) Programme, our focus remains on supporting innovative one window service processes so that quality public services are within reach for every citizen.
